The story of Villa Koša goes way back to the year 1930 when the first part of the property was built. In the beginning, it featured only two bedrooms with common bathroom facilities.
Over the years, the property underwent considerable structural changes as its accomodation capacity increased.
From the very beginning, Villa Koša has been in family ownership, and today it's managed by the third generation Luketa family.
Our goal has always been to make our guests feel at home with us.
This may be the reason why some of our guests keep coming back every year, some of them for 30 years in a row! Impressive, right? We couldn't possibly imagine a sweeter accolade, a greater acknowledgement of our efforts. We are looking forward to our regular guests, as well as our first-timers!
