FAQ

What is the easiest way to get to Primošten?

If you're coming by road from the north, it's best to take the A1 highway toward Split. Get off at the Šibenik-Primošten-Rogoznica exit and continue for another 30km via Dalmatian coastal road in direction of Split-Primošten and you've reached your destination.

Split airport is 35km away and transport can easily be organized if you make arrangements and payment in advance. The price is around 50€.

Zadar airport, a Ryanair destination, is located 103 km from Primošten. Again, transfer is possible with additional payment.

When are check-in and checkout?

Check-in is at 3pm. However, if the unit you booked is ready before that time, you may enter earlier.

Reception desk is open 24/7, and late night arrivals are not subject to any additional charge. In case you know in advance that you would check-in at a late hour, please inform us about this so your reservation is not considered cancelled.

Is cleaning and maintenance done on daily basis?

Once you get the keys to your apartment, our maintenance staff does not enter your premises during your stay. Your bed sheets are changed once a week at the time you designate as most convenient for you.
Clean towels can be requested at the reception desk every day. If you want our staff to clean your apartment every day, you may arrange this for a fee at the reception desk.

When it comes to room units, they are being entered on daily basis to change the towels, clean the trash bins and make the beds.
